Things I've made this week...

Exciting news! I'm in the process of writing my second book! This one will be bigger and better than the first, with a focus on wholesome and nutritious baking. Here are a few of the recipes that I made for the first couple of shoots: the top cake is a gluten free buckwheat, honey, raspberry and rose cake, clockwise on the bottom is a vegan coconut, basil and strawberry cake, nectarine and mint cake, and lavender, earl grey, honey and apricot muffins.

More cakes from my cook book shoot. Top cake is a raspberry and dark chocolate cake with honey cream cheese icing, left cake is a pink petter corn kissed rhubarb, blueberry and raspberry cake and right cake is an almond butter and raspberry cake.
We made a bunch of coffee cakes to be sent out along with some beautiful coffee beauty products by The Aromatherapy Company.

For Valentine's Day this year the talented Sophie Wol from Muck Floral and I are pairing up to offer a lovely little gift! I'll be making my famous gluten free flourless dark chocolate heart cakes, big enough for 2 people to share, and Sophie will be making some beautiful bouquets to go alongside the cakes.
