Our special Easter hot cross bun cake! We offered these cakes over Easter weekend…a spiced almond and vanilla bean sponge with all the flavours of a hot cross bun - currants, candied orange and dark chocolate, topped with a cinnamon cream cheese icing, a ganache cross, crunchy chocolate pearls, hazelnut praline and dehydrated grapes.
