Things I've made this week...

 A four layer almond sponge cake with passionfruit icing and salted caramel drizzle
This is about as far as we go with doing writing on cakes. This is, of course, one of our flourless dark chocolate cakes, voted the best chocolate cake in Auckland by Metro Magazine! I also added some chili flakes to this one for a touch of subtle heat.
I'm very proud to have my cake mixes stocked at Moore Wilson's in Wellington. What an amazing store! I went down to Welly to do a tasting with my cake mixes, and signed some books while I was there.
