Things I've made recently...

Some pretty cakes packed with fruit.
This enormous cake to celebrate Kate Sylvester's 21st birthday! It was a 4 tired dark chocolate pear and pistachio cake, which got devoured at the funnest party of the year so far.
My recipe for delicious gluten free banana maple cakes with lime cream cheese icing and honey poached rhubarb in the latest issue of Taste Magazine.
A cake for Stephen and Lucy Marr to celebrate their empire turning 20!
The last cake that I baked (for Remix Magazine) before departing on my 3 month overseas adventure!
