Things I've made this week...

More wedding cakes.
I made a champagne cake for Verve Clicquot for their stall at the Polo this year. It's an apricot, vanilla champagne cake with black currant coulis. Recipe and more photos to come!
An apricot vanilla layered sponge cake with ganache and apricot jam for Taste Magazine. Recipe to come in the April issue.
Delighted to now be stocking Fred's cafe on Ponsonby Road with cakes and cookies!
My new space is making progress! Much more to come on this...
