Things I've made this week...

12 of these raspberry and white chocolate cakes to say thanks!
Gluten and dairy free orange almond and polenta cake topped with honey, pistachios, cranberries, goji berries and coconut.
A couple of 3 tiered wedding cakes.
A honey almond cake with cherries, raspberries and coconut.
Some wonderful press in the latest issue of Taste Magazine, including my virtuous carrot cake on the cover!
