Things I've made this week...

Healthy banana caramel cake - gluten and refined sugar free, made with just honey, Greek yogurt and ground almonds, mmmmm.
My recipes featured in the latest issue of Taste Magazine x
Gluten free orange, dark chocolate and sea salt cookies
Virtuous carrot cake (my favourite cake ever)
Little nectarine and brown sugar frangipane cakes with pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
It's a girl baby shower cake!
I got given this divine jar of home harvested honey. Thanks to The Forest Cantina!
Eaton Mess!
I made pies! cherry with an orange zest pastry, apple and rhubarb with coconut sugar pastry and spiced and salted pumpkin with a spelt, coconut oil and maple crust. I will hopefully selling pies by the slice, and whole pies, by next year! More information on this to come.

Stella Mccartney for Bendon x Showroom22 Breakfast

Last week I made breakfast for 20 for the launch of the gorgeous new Stella Mccartney underwear line. I made cinnamon almond waffles, orange coconut, polenta and raspberry cakes, blueberry oatmeal muffins with chia seeds and goji berries, and massive platters of fresh fruit!
