Things I've made this week...

I made some little treats for the viewing of Stella McCartney's beautiful lingerie at Showroom22

My second pop up collaboration dinner is on July 4th at Petit Bocal. In sticking with a French theme in anticipation of Bastille Day, I will be making a tarte au citron for dessert, with a special pine nut base. Photos to come!

I made 45 individual tarte tatins with creme fraiche sorbet and fresh thyme for a pop up dinner I hosted with my chef friend Sam Campbell x
