Things I've made this week...

Healthy banana caramel cake - gluten and refined sugar free, made with just honey, Greek yogurt and ground almonds, mmmmm.

Gluten free orange, dark chocolate and sea salt cookies
Virtuous carrot cake (my favourite cake ever)
Little nectarine and brown sugar frangipane cakes with pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
It's a girl baby shower cake!
I got given this divine jar of home harvested honey. Thanks to The Forest Cantina!
Eaton Mess!
I made pies! cherry with an orange zest pastry, apple and rhubarb with coconut sugar pastry and spiced and salted pumpkin with a spelt, coconut oil and maple crust. I will hopefully selling pies by the slice, and whole pies, by next year! More information on this to come.
