 Caramelised white chocolate crumb
 Lime and blueberry cake with blueberry 
 Gluten and refined sugar free coconut and raspberry cake - made with ground almonds, honey and coconut
 3 layer sponge with cream and blueberry coulis for an Urbis Magazine shoot
 Chocolate garden cake
 Forever Mine cakes
I made 45 individual tarte tatins with creme fraiche sorbet and fresh thyme for a pop up dinner I hosted with my chef friend Sam Campbell x
