Things I've made this week...

Peanut butter and jelly cake with pomegranate syrup

 I baked, cooled, iced and decorated these 11 cakes in 3 hours, which I think must be a Caker record!
 Me at the Greylynn Made and Found markets on Saturday. I will be serving cakes here again on the 6th June.

Wedding Cakes

I made this selection of cakes for an intimate and untraditional wedding. I love how they look all mismatched on different cake stands, and it means guests are spoilt for choice!
Fresh rose buds and dried rose petals are all you need to make a cake look elegant. None of that fondant icing that nobody likes anyway; the cake is supposed to taste incredible, not look inedible I say.
I made this wedding cake for a Simon James shoot. This shot depicts the day after the wedding, where friends and family share the remainder of the cake over coffee.
