I made this 2 tier wedding cake for a lovely Brazilian couple that got married in the weekend. It's a fig and walnut cake with white chocolate cream cheese icing, decorated with freeze dried raspberries and icing sugar roses. I really love making wedding cakes and have done about 8 in the past, but have never made anything too 'traditional'. I think it's more important for a cake to taste amazing that to look practically inedible with a thick layer of marzipan icing. All cakes should taste and look real. That's my motto!
I also make 3 tier wedding cakes of any flavour desired, usually for weddings of up to 80 guests (price to be negotiated).
