I'm off to New York City

I leave for New York in a few days! While it's primarily a holiday, it will definitely serve as a research trip too. I'm going to visit some of the world's best bakeries, talk to expert patissiers and do a whole lot of taste testing. Keep an eye on my site for photos and reviews of places I visit. 
More importantly, I won't be taking orders until the 23rd of May. However, I decided it would be a good idea to teach my sister Anouk how to make my gluten free flourless dark chocolate cake as it's by far the best seller.  If you'd like to order one while I'm away please email her at anoukrondel@gmail.com. She has access to the commercial kitchen I use so should be able to fulfill orders with a few days' notice.
