Nutella Banana Cake

This has to be one of my favourite combinations ever created. I grew up eating this on toast or crumpets for breakfast (with honey too, which is probably where my sugar addiction originated). It's also common, when in Paris, to order a crepe with banana et nutella and this is seriously delicious. But let me tell you, in cake form this combination is a marriage made in heaven. The two batters aren't properly mixed together so you can see the separate layers and leave your favourite part till last.


Ingredients:

butter
sugar
organic eggs
ground hazelnuts
flour
baking soda
milk
banana
cinammon
nutella

  1. So pleased to hear I'm not the only one who saves the best till last in all situations - I have had many funny looks thrown my way when nibbling the second-rate parts off my morsel to do so. I guess this is my kind of cake! :-)

  3. OMG I LOVE YOUR CAKES JORDAN THEY LOOK VERY TEMPTING.. I REAALY LIKE YOUR NUTELLA AND BANANA CAKE. I WAS WATCHING U LIVE AND I SAW IT!! IT LOOKED VERY MOIST AND SCRUMPTIOUS.LOL.. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JORDAN..
