Cake Pops

Today I made these cake pops for a client. The inside of the pop is a combination of broken up flourless dark chocolate cake, cream cheese, creme fraiche and icing sugar. The balls are then dipped in dark or white chocolate and decorated with sprinkles, coconut, vanilla sugar, raspberry sugar, gold balls or anything else that looks pretty. They are labour intensive wee things but I think they make a nice alternative to the conventional cupcake, don't you?
