I have finally decided on my first 'Cake o' the Week.' I knew it needed to be something special enough to kick this new business venture off the ground, while still being classic and simple. This chocolate, hazelnut and banana cake is particularly delicious. I made one this morning as a trial cake and I'm almost certain it won't disappoint. I'm going to call it 'The Bevan Cake' after my friend Murray who is helping me with this project.
There are a number of people out there who will be receiving one of these cakes for free over the next week because they deserve one and because I want to spark their interest in becoming a potential 'The Caker' client.
